The coverage gap most often missed

The gap most often missed by talent and modeling agencies is misconduct coverage. Agencies send young people to shoots with clients and photographers they don't control, and abuse and harassment claims are usually excluded from GL and E&O. Fee and wage disputes are the other risk — models sued six New York agencies in 2016 over deductions and housing charges. Add abuse and third-party EPL coverage, and keep talent money in a trust account.
