Cory Washington is the Founder & CEO of Cory Washington & CO., bringing over eight years of hands on experience in insurance, risk management, and business development. With a proven track record of delivering measurable results in high growth environments, Cory has become a trusted advisor to organizations seeking strategic, scalable solutions for their insurance and risk challenges.

Starting his career from the ground up, Cory's journey is rooted in grit, adaptability, and a relentless drive for excellence. He has personally written more than $20MM in gross premium and led the development and growth of multiple high performing agencies. Notably, he built an insurance agency from scratch and produced over $1.2MM in gross written premium in under a year as the sole producer, an achievement that speaks to his leadership and execution.

Cory has held top performing roles at leading firms including FutureProof, we he led the agency from scratch,  Huntington Insurance, where he ranked among the top three sales agents in just three months, and Epiq Agency, where he earned “Agent of the Year” three times and consistently achieved industry leading conversion rates.
