Thank you for your interest in Cory Washington & Co. Insurance & Risk Management (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
Our Quote Reward Program (“Program”) is designed to thank qualified participants for completing a valid business insurance quote with us.
Participation in this Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

• Open to legal U.S. residents aged 18 years or older.
   
• Program available only in states that permit nominal-value marketing incentives.
   
  • Excluded States: Alaska (AK), Georgia (GA), Kentucky (KY), Maryland (MD), Nebraska (NE), North Dakota (ND), Texas (TX), and Virginia (VA).
     
• Limit one (1) gift card per individual, household, or business entity within a 12-month period.
   
• Offer void where prohibited by law.
   

To qualify for the $25 Amazon Gift Card:

1. Complete a full and legitimate business insurance quote request through Cory Washington & Co., including valid contact information and supporting details (e.g., copy of current policy declarations page, business name, and operations summary).
    
2. Quote submissions must be verifiable, truthful, and made in good faith for the purpose of obtaining insurance coverage.
    
3. Submissions that are incomplete, inaccurate, or unverifiable — or appear to be fraudulent, automated, or submitted multiple times — will be disqualified from receiving a reward.
    
4. No purchase or policy binding is required to receive the reward.
    

• Qualified participants will receive a $25 Amazon Gift Card delivered via email through a third-party fulfillment partner (e.g., Tremendous or Tango).
   
• Gift cards are typically issued within 30 days after the verified quote submission.
   
• The email address used for the quote request will be used for reward delivery; ensure accuracy at the time of submission.
   
• Gift card codes will expire 365 days after issuance.
   

• Multiple entries, duplicate submissions, or falsified business information will result in automatic disqualification.
   
• The Program may not be used for promotional abuse, referral farming, or mass submissions.
   
• Quotes for businesses not insurable by Cory Washington & Co. (e.g., prohibited industries or non-U.S. entities) are ineligible.
   
• Company reserves the right to verify all information before issuing any reward.
   

Participation in this Program does not require a policy purchase or payment of any kind.
A purchase or policy binding will not increase eligibility or reward amount.

Any reward value received may be considered taxable income. Participants are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes.

Cory Washington & Co. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice.
Rewards may be withheld in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or non-compliance with these Terms.
